I have had the pleasure of putting my townhouses up for sale with Bill Schlink First National located at 15a Anderson Street, Templestowe Vic 3106.

I wish to spend a moment here to commend the team at BILL SCHLINK FIRST NATIONAL(TEMPLESTOWE) on having done an excellent job in helping me put the townhouses on the market, advising me on what is the best price, informing me of the market activities every week, and most important of all, being honest with me from day one. They stood by me in negotiating with clients.  And also made sure both parties were happy.

In particular l would like to send out a special and heart warming thank you to Sarah Charmand for her outstanding work and hours on hours of work she spent on emails, phone calls and working on the Easter break and through the public holidays. Sarah managed to sell not 1 but 2 townhouses over the Easter holidays.

Also, a big thank you to Eddie Fakhri for being the most reliable and honest agent l have ever dealt with. Not to mention all 6 units were sold within a 3-4 month period with fantastic results.
