"We chose to go with Bill Schlink/First National Real Estate in Templestowe because we wanted to sell our townhouse via private sale rather than Auction.  Our agent, Ashley Collins, spent a good deal of time with us explaining the process from start to finish, including market research and his approach to the sale.  Together, we set clear timelines for the sale so that we could complete the necessary renovations and improvements, and Ashley stayed in contact throughout to ensure that everything was proceeding in a timely fashion. 

He helped us find the right tradespeople to do the tasks, and once everything was in place, advertised the property with excellent photographs and descriptions.

He checked that we were comfortable with what was being advertised and that it was factually correct.  He screened potential buyers, gave them the opportunity to have as many viewings as they needed, kept us to date on the level of interest, and within a few short weeks was able to make the sale.

We were very happy with the price we got and with the process in general, as it was remarkably stress-free.
