I would like to express my appreciation for the assistance you gave me in a time of great decision making.

 

Approaching an age where living by myself, in a home which my husband and I built and reared four children, I continually delayed making the obvious moves with the thought of having to downsize.  I commenced looking at properties within a certain area and budget but there was always a hesitation - too small, too big, no garden, no garage and any other excuse I could find.

 

After being recommended to you, you were able to show me the home which I felt confidently ät home"".  My family were all happy with the unit.  The next thing was to sell my house and I was happy that you understood the market for my property.  You showed enormous patience as I went through the ""what ifs"" in making my decision.  You worked with me on obtaining a good price, a price I set and you bettered.  You assured me, that with the space in the unit, I would not experience a sense of loss.  What more could I want?

 

I am now happily settled and realise that the move was timely.  I can enjoy the independence, security and maintenance-free lifestyle that makes everyone happy.

 

Thank you again for helping me over all the hurdles, for listening to my anxieties and being a true friend.
