Ashley was a fantastic real estate agent: pleasant and professional. He helped us find trustworthy tradespeople to get our house ready for sale, and, when potential buyers identified a concern about our property, he got a quote from another tradesperson as to how much this would cost a potential buyer to fix which certainly enabled the property to be sold quickly.

He and the team at First National made sure our property was well promoted on the web. First National's system of not going to auction, not having expensive glossy ads and brochures and making sure all costs were upfront was really ideal for us. As buyers we vastly preferred looking at places where the owner stated the genuine price they wanted, and we thought that potential buyers of our house would be the same.

We were very happy with the price and terms of sale which we got in the end. We would recommend Ashley and the team at First National.
