I am very pleased to record my gratitude and satisfaction for the very professional and friendly service provided by Ashley Collins with the sale of my home that I have lived in for the past 52 years, as well as the added assistance he provided in my movement into a retirement village in the same area.

Ashley approached his task with my sale, and a subsequent purchase, in a very thorough and accommodating manner, being fully appreciative of my special needs such as staying in the area that I have been comfortable with for many years.

Apart from his thoughtful and thorough approach, I was amazed by how Ashley and his back-up team brought about the sale in just over two weeks from initial listing, and at a price above what I had realistically expected.

Ashley also arranged the purchase of alternative accommodation in the area of choice liasing promptly and thoroughly with appropriate parties.

Apart from the excellent service that Ashley provided to me personally he also instilled confidence in my family members and professional advisors that greatly assisted me in the process.

With virtually no experience myself in what I imagined to be a convoluted process, Ashley calmly and thoroughly answered my questions and queries, of which I had many.
