Bill Schlink moved from South Australia to Melbourne in 1979 after spending his first 29 years growing up in a small farming community. With no sales or city living experience, Bill's only assets were hard work ethics and sound country morals.
Over the following 30 plus years he has built a successful real estate company in Templestowe servicing the general Manningham area. A highlight of his long career has been the employment and training of a National Award winner for First National: Eddie Fakhri (now the Director) in 2000.
He currently sits on the committees of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Victoria & Templestowe Village Festival.
Bill sold the real estate business to long time employee Eddie Fakhri in 2011.
Bill is still doing what he has for the past 30 odd years but believes it was time to hand ownership to one of the younger and brighter stars.
